Dr. Diane Kondratowicz brings a strong ethical and editorial lens to the board. In addition to teaching ethics at Elgin Community College, she serves as Associate Editor at Fox Valley Review and has extensive experience editing scholarly manuscripts, particularly in health-related book publishing. Her presence strengthens the press’s capacity for careful editorial judgment, ethical clarity, and manuscript refinement across scholarly work.

Dr. Antonina Lukenchuk is a distinguished scholar of educational foundations and research with deep editorial and publishing experience. She serves as Editor-in-Chief of Inquiry in Education and is the author of several books, including Paradigms of Research for the 21st Century and Outliving Your Dissertation. Her expertise lends OrganoSys Press substantial strength in scholarly evaluation, research rigor, and the development of high-quality academic titles.

Dr. Baudelaire Ulysse is the founder of OrganoSys Media Group and the driving force behind OrganoSys Press. He also serves as Editor-in-Chief of Fox Valley Review and is the author of several books, including Racialized Consciousness and In Search of Moral Equilibrium and Wisdom. His interdisciplinary background across education, philosophy, public thought, and publishing gives the press its intellectual vision, strategic coherence, and scholar-led identity.

Jeff Weisman

Jeff Weisman

Jeff Weisman brings literary depth, narrative sensibility, and classroom-tested insight to the board. A Professor of English at Elgin Community College, he is the author of several books, including Lifers, The Weight of Eden, and The Greatest Place on Earth. His experience as both writer and educator strengthens the press’s engagement with fiction, voice-driven prose, and the craft of literary storytelling.

Board composition

The OrganoSys Press board is intentionally compact and serious. It combines scholarly publishing experience, editorial judgment, ethical inquiry, educational research, and literary craft to support a press that moves across academic and creative genres without losing rigor.
